#156 Keukenhof part 1

On a chilly, dull drizzly day we went to Keukenhof!

It was glorious, thought we felt it might be more colourful in another week or 2.

It was absolutely gorgeous, very well thought out facilities etc. A dedicated bus every few minutes from Schiphol. We did stand in a queue for the bus about 35 mins first with hundreds of global tourists.

But there was loads of gorgeous colourful flowers everywhere

And various displays

Some extremely neat planting and some woodlands.

We saw gardeners with various old style mowers.

And this dutch version of polish boleslawiec pottery which is gorgeous,

In one of the fabulous giftshops!

Waterfalls – you don’t see many of them here!

Saw an enormous variety of varieties!

Also sometimes outside the smell was amazing!

End of part 1.
