We had another sermon on Generosity today, focusing on the joy and pleasure of giving. They had two men with very different stories to tell us of their giving experiences. It was most encouraging.
I have bought a 2nd hand condenser dryer for €60.
VR and a friend just picked it up in De Kwakel and put it upstairs for me. Whoop!
Also see the wardrobe VR assembled in our front hall yesterday. It’s quite solid and spacious with shelves above and below the coats. And I’m still able to open the door and the meter cupboard.
So now I can get to work on reducing Laundry Mountain / Mount Washmore.
This morning Lee went to Hamburg for the week. Nowadays he gets a lift from a colleague rather than flying. Funny, Hamburg sounds very “abroad” to me, but it’s just another city to the locals.
Well I am really enjoying the tumble dryer!
